Holistic wellness, yoga, mindfulness meditation, women's empowerment, and women's health have been foundational in Lisa’s personal and professional life for the past three decades. She has engaged in the study and practice of various yoga styles and meditation techniques, with a specific focus on promoting well-being, particularly for women. Since 2007, Lisa has been involved in teaching, presenting, and lecturing on women's physiology and yoga anatomy, both within Australia and internationally. Additionally, Lisa has designed wellness programs for the corporate sector and authored women's yoga anatomy manuals for multiple yoga schools, including curricula for prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher training.
Furthermore, Lisa has pursued specialised education in women's health physiotherapy and pelvic floor rehabilitation through Women's Health Training Associates (WHAT). She is currently enrolled in a program for women's pelvic health through the Australian Physiotherapy Association's professional development pathway. Lisa’s treatment approaches are firmly grounded in up-to-date research and contemporary methods, while also embracing complementary medicine practices.
