In her role as a midwife, Gemma is driven by a profound passion for empowering and supporting women on their journey to motherhood. She acknowledges that pregnancy can be a time filled with mixed emotions and, as a midwife, she is dedicated to navigating this path alongside women, providing the essential support and knowledge to help them feel empowered. Gemma’s primary goal is to educate women and their families throughout the stages of pregnancy, labour, birth and the transition into parenthood. She takes pride in making meaningful connections with women and remains committed to offering compassionate and personalised care.

Gemma has had the privilege of collaborating with Dr. Dilgir in Sydney during the completion of her obstetric training, and their years of working together have been characterised by both fun and dedication. While they enjoy a positive work environment, they also prioritise providing a service that allows women to approach childbirth with realistic expectations.

Outside of work, Gemma can often be found at the beach, exploring the great outdoors and eagerly chasing the next sunrise.
